At Complete Au Pair, we believe that welcoming an au pair into your home should be a meaningful experience for both the host family and the au pair. Our mission is to create safe, positive and enriching cultural exchanges or bridging the gap between families in the Netherlands and dedicated Filipino au pairs.
We are a specialized full-service au pair agency that supports families throughout the entire process — from the first introduction to the successful arrival and integration of your au pair. Our goal is simple: to make the experience smooth, transparent and rewarding for everyone involved.
Our Story
Complete Au Pair was founded from personal experience. Several members of our team, including our founders, once came to the Netherlands as Filipino au pairs themselves. Through those experiences we gained valuable insight into both sides of the program — the expectations of host families and the challenges au pairs can face.
We also noticed that many au pairs and families were not fully satisfied with the guidance and support provided by existing agencies. That realization inspired us to create a different kind of agency — one built on transparency, respect, and genuine care for the people involved.
Today, our team combines international experience with deep knowledge of the au pair program and Dutch regulations. We use this expertise to ensure that both families and au pairs receive the guidance, support and attention they deserve.
What We Do
We specialize in arranging cultural exchange programs between Dutch host families and carefully selected Filipino au pairs. Filipino culture is widely known for its warmth, strong family values and natural care for children, which often creates a wonderful match with Dutch families.
Our role is to guide and support both the family and the au pair throughout the entire journey. This includes:

- Handling the application and immigration procedures
- Ensuring compliance with Dutch laws and regulations

As a recognized au pair agency, our program complies with the regulations of the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) and focuses on cultural exchange as its core purpose.
