Personal data that we process
Complete Au Pair B.V. Processes your personal data by using our services and / or by providing it to us yourself.

Below is an overview of the personal data we process for the host family and the au pair if they participate in our cultural exchange program:
– First and last name
– Sex
– Date of birth
– Birthplace
– Address data
– Phone number
– E-mail address
– Other personal data that you actively provide, in correspondence and by telephone
– Location data
– Bank account number
– prove ID
– Income data
– Any other data needed to be able to execute the exchange program correctly

Special and / or sensitive personal data that we process
Complete Au Pair B.V. processes the following special and / or sensitive personal details of (interested) host families and au pairs, with the basis of the goals specified:

– race or origin
We focus on Filipino au pairs. We must also state the nationalities of participants to the IND as soon as the application for an au pair is submitted.

– religion or belief
This can be important if we match you with an au pair. We do not explicitly ask about this, but if the au pair or the family expresses a preference about this, we will process this data.

– sexual life
The au pair may not be pregnant or have children according to Filipino regulations.

– health
We think it is important that the au pair is healthy, to be able to participate in the exchange program successfully and for the full year. We also wish to avoid the au pair bringing an infectious disease to the Netherlands.

– criminal record
Au pairs with a criminal record are not accepted by us (and often not by the IND)

– details of persons under 16 years of age
We identify who all family members are, including children under the age of 16. This is important to be able to test whether the au pair fits well with the host family.

Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we can not check if a visitor is older than 16. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us via info@completeaupair.nl, then we will delete this information.

– citizen service number / citizan Tax number (BSN)
We need the BSN to be able to submit the application to the IND.

The data is also processed for the following purposes:
– You can call or e-mail if necessary to perform our services
– Complete Au Pair B.V. also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as information we need for our tax declaration.
– If we think we have a good match, then – with the knowledge of the relevant au pair or host family – , limited information from the au pair or the host family will be made available to each other. This only applies to the relevant information for the match, such as name, family composition and an introduction of the host family or au pair. The Resume of the au pair can also be made available to the host family, so that the host family will be able to tell what kind of person the au pair is. Obviously, no data which is not relevant to each other will be made available, such as BSN, copy passport, et cetera.

Automated decision-making does not apply
Complete Au Pair B.V. does not take decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without a person (for example, an employee of Complete Au Pair B.V.) sitting between them.
